Ride Policies

All guests must agree to these policies before participating in a Glo Karts experience. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
01. General Conduct
- All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner throughout the entire Glo Karts experience.
- Glo Karts reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour at any time, without refund, for behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.
- Guests must follow all instructions given by Glo Karts guides and staff at all times.
- Disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
02. Prohibited Items & Activities
- No Eating. Food and beverages are not permitted on or near the karts during the tour. Please finish all food and drinks before your tour begins.
- No Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited during the Glo Karts experience. Guests who appear intoxicated will not be permitted to ride and will not receive a refund.
- No Smoking. Smoking and the use of all tobacco or cannabis products are prohibited during the tour and while in the vicinity of the karts.
- No Illegal Substances. The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the tour and referral to law enforcement.
- Guests may not operate a kart while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their judgment or reaction time.
03. Safety Requirements
- All guests must remain seated in their assigned kart and keep their hands and feet inside the kart at all times while the kart is in motion.
- Guests must wear seatbelts at all times while riding. Seatbelts must remain fastened for the entire duration of the tour.
- No standing, leaning out of, or climbing on the karts at any time.
- Guests must maintain a safe following distance from the kart in front of them at all times.
- Glo Karts guides set the pace. Guests may not accelerate beyond the designated tour speed or attempt to race other karts.
- Cell phones and cameras may be used for photos and videos, but guests must not allow device use to distract from safe operation of the kart.
04. Age & Physical Requirements
- All guests must meet the minimum age and height requirements established by Glo Karts. Please contact us in advance if you have questions about age eligibility.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for their participation. A parent or guardian must complete the liability waiver on behalf of any minor guest.
- Guests with back, neck, heart conditions, or other physical limitations that may be affected by the motion of the karts should consult a physician before participating.
- Pregnant guests are advised not to participate in the Glo Karts experience.
- Guests must be able to safely operate the kart independently. Glo Karts staff cannot physically assist guests in operating the kart during the tour.
05. Liability Waiver
- A completed and signed liability waiver is required before every guest may participate in a Glo Karts experience. No exceptions.
- Waiver instructions will be sent after your booking is confirmed. Each adult guest must complete an individual waiver.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for any minor guest.
- Guests who have not completed the waiver will not be permitted to ride and will not receive a refund for missed tours.
06. Weather & Cancellations
- Glo Karts operates rain-free. Tours will not run in rain, lightning, severe wind, or other unsafe weather conditions.
- If weather affects your scheduled tour, your reservation will be rescheduled for the next available date and time at no additional charge.
- Glo Karts monitors weather conditions closely and will contact you directly if your tour needs to be rescheduled.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made by the guest must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- For group and private event bookings, cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
07. Photography & Media
- By participating in a Glo Karts experience, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for use in Glo Karts promotional materials, including social media.
- If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify a Glo Karts representative before your tour begins.
- Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos during the tour for personal, non-commercial use.
08. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are requests until confirmed by a Glo Karts representative. Your tour is not officially scheduled until you receive a direct confirmation.
- Payment instructions will be provided after your booking is confirmed. No payment is collected through the online booking form.
- Pricing is $49.99 per guest for standard tour experiences. Group, private, and event pricing may vary.
- Glo Karts is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your tour.
